APPLICATION OF MOTOR CARRIER REGULATIONS.

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter other than section 169.67 , a vehicle, driver, or carrier that is subject to a motor carrier safety rule adopted under section 221.031 or 221.605 shall comply with the more stringent or additional requirement imposed by that motor carrier safety rule.
Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter other than section 169.67 , a vehicle, driver, or carrier that is subject to the motor carrier safety regulations incorporated in section 221.0314 or 221.605 shall comply with the more stringent or additional requirement imposed by the motor carrier safety regulation.
