Subdivision 1. Seat belt and child passenger restraint system use.

All license holders that transport children must comply with the requirements of section 142B.51, subdivision 1 , and license holders that transport a child or children under nine years of age must document training that fulfills the requirements in section 142B.51 , subdivision 2.
