Subdivision 1. Application.

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2. Peace officer.

"Peace officer" has the meaning assigned in section 626.84 .

Subd. 5. Part-time peace officer.

"Part-time peace officer" has the meaning assigned to it in section 626.84 .
