Director to give certificate — to be filed — evidence

When the corporators have fully complied with the requirements of section 379.050, and have transferred to and deposited with the director of the department of commerce and insurance the securities as required by sections 379.080 and 379.098, the director shall furnish them a certificate of deposit and his certificate of authority for them to commence the business proposed in the charter, and a certified copy of the aforesaid declaration and certificates, which, on being filed and recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the company is located, shall be its authority to commence business and issue policies; and the certified copy of the declaration and certificates may be used in evidence for or against the company with the same effect as the originals.
