In the case of a cancellation or nonrenewal, the policyholder shall have the right to receive within thirty days of his written request, a statement of his claims history for that policy for the three years prior to the date of the cancellation or nonrenewal, or total experience if the policy has been in effect less than three years prior to cancellation or nonrenewal.
