Mo. Rev. Stat. § 408.680

Financial institution may not disclose, exceptions, requirements

Known as the Missouri Retail Credit Sales Law

The act spans §§ 408–408 (112 sections).

Effective: 28 Aug 1989; (L. 1989 H.B. 82 § 4)

1. A financial institution, or officer, employee, or agent thereof shall not provide to any government authority access to the financial record of any customer except in accordance with the provisions of sections 408.675 to 408.700.

2. A financial institution shall not release the financial records of a customer until the government authority seeking such records gives notice in writing to the financial institution that it has complied with the applicable provisions of sections 408.675 to 408.700.
