Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2009-445, s. 24(a), effective July 1, 2013, substituted "following sections of the General Statutes do not apply" for "provisions of G.S. 105-395.1 and G.S. 103-5 do not apply to deadlines established in this Article" in the introductory language, and added subdivisions (1) through (3).
