N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-316.4

Penalties for violation of §§ 106-316.1 to 106-316.5

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of G.S. 106-316.1 to 106-316.5 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
