N.C. Gen. Stat. § 108A-109

Reporting abuse

Known as the Protection of the Abused, Neglected, or Exploited Disabled Adult Act

The act spans §§ 108A-100 to 108A-99 (15 sections).

Upon finding evidence indicating that a person has abused, neglected, or exploited a disabled adult, the director shall notify the district attorney.
