(1) A person qualified for electronic notary registration shall meet all of the following requirements: Hold a valid commission as a notary public in the State of North Carolina.

(3) Satisfy the requirements of G.S. 10B-107.

(4) Submit an electronic registration form containing no significant misstatement or omission of fact.
