Reestablishment of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics as a Constituent High School of The University of North Carolina

The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics is hereby reestablished, as a constituent high school of The University of North Carolina, and shall be governed by the Board of Governors as prescribed in this Chapter and a Board of Trustees as prescribed in this Article.
