(1) "Center" means the Governmental Data Analytics Center as established in Part 8 of Article 15 of Chapter 143B of the General Statutes.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2016-94, s. 7.14(a), effective July 1, 2016, rewrote subsection (1), which formerly read: "'Board' means the governing board of the North Carolina Longitudinal Data System."
