N.C. Gen. Stat. § 119-30

Establishment of laboratory for analysis of inspected products

Known as the Gasoline and Oil Inspection Act

The Commissioner of Agriculture is authorized to provide for the analysis of samples of inspected articles by establishing a laboratory under the Gasoline and Oil Inspection Division for the analysis of inspected products.
