N.C. Gen. Stat. § 119-38

Prosecution of offenders

Known as the Gasoline and Oil Inspection Act

The act spans §§ 119–119 (34 sections).

All prosecutions for fines and penalties under the provisions of this Article shall be by indictment in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the violation occurred.
