Status, rights and benefits of forces engaged pursuant to Compact

In accordance with G.S. 127A-177(h), members of the National Guard forces of this State shall be deemed to be in State service at all times when engaged pursuant to this Compact, and shall be entitled to all rights and benefits provided pursuant to the laws of this State.
