N.C. Gen. Stat. § 131A-24

Liberal construction

Known as the Health Care Facilities Finance Act

The act spans §§ 131–131 (25 sections).

This Article, being necessary for the health and welfare of the people of the State, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof.
