As of June 1, 2021
(1) Besides the Chair, the Board of Trustees shall elect from its own membership such officers as it sees fit.

(2) A majority of the voting members of the Board of Trustees in office shall constitute a quorum. Decisions of the Board of Trustees shall be made by a majority vote of the Trustees present, except as otherwise provided in this Article.
