(1) The Department of Public Safety shall include the registration information in the Criminal Information Network as set forth in G.S. 143B-905.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2014-100, s. 17.1(y), effective July 1, 2014, in the section heading, substituted "Criminal Information Network" for "Police Information Network"; in subsection (a), substituted "Criminal Information Network" for "Police Information Network" and substituted "G.S. 143B-905" for "G. S. 114-10.1"; and, in subsections (a) and (b), substituted "Department of Public Safety" for "Division."
