Exempt wagering

This Article shall not apply to:

(1) Sports wagering lawfully conducted in compliance with Article 9 of Chapter 18C of the General Statutes.

(2) Pari-mutuel wagering lawfully conducted in compliance with Article 10 of Chapter 18C of the General Statutes.
