Intimidation to deter from gang withdrawal

(1) It is unlawful for any person to communicate a threat of injury to a person, or to damage the property of another, with the intent to deter a person from assisting another to withdraw from membership in a criminal gang.
(1) It is unlawful for any person to communicate a threat of injury to a person, or to damage the property of another, with the intent to deter a person from assisting another to withdraw from membership in a criminal gang. (a1) It is unlawful for any person to injure a person with the intent to deter a person from assisting another to withdraw from membership in a criminal gang.
(2) It is unlawful for any person to injure a person with the intent to deter a person from assisting another to withdraw from membership in a criminal gang.
(3) A violation of subsection (a) of this section is a Class G felony. A violation of subsection (a1) of this section is a Class F felony.
(2) A violation of subsection (a) of this section is a Class G felony. A violation of subsection (a1) of this section is a Class F felony.
