Separate offense

Known as the North Carolina Criminal Gang Suppression Act

The act spans §§ 14-50.15 to 14-50.30 (16 sections).

Any offense committed in violation of G.S. 14-50.17 through G.S. 14-50.20 shall be considered a separate offense.
