The following definitions apply in this Article:

(1) "Breaking and entering." - The term means any of the following felony offenses: First degree burglary (G.S. 14-51).

(6) Any repealed or superseded offense substantially equivalent to any of the offenses in sub-subdivision a., b., c., d., or e. of this subdivision.

(8) "Convicted." - The person has been adjudged guilty of or has entered a plea of guilty or no contest to the offense of breaking and entering.
