Transfer of funds by Governor
Known as the Executive Organization Act
The act spans §§ 143–143 (17 sections).
To implement this Chapter, the Governor shall have authority to transfer all or a part of any appropriations or funds of an agency to the department to which such agency is transferred. (1971, c. 864, s. 21.)
