Short title

Known as the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act

The act spans §§ 15A-721–15A-750 (30 sections).

This Article may be cited as the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act. (1937, c. 273, s. 30; 1973, c. 1286, s. 16.)
