N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-815

Uniformity of interpretation

Known as the Uniform Act

The act spans §§ 15–15 (6 sections).

This Article shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of the states which enact it.
