Bonds and notes authorized
Known as the Metropolitan Water Districts Act
The act spans §§ 162–162 (15 sections).
A metropolitan water district may from time to time issue bonds and notes under the Local Government Finance Act. (1971, c. 780, s. 37.5; c. 815, s. 7; 1973, c. 494, s. 46.)
