(1) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prohibit a retail permittee from selling for consumption, malt beverages in the seating areas of stadiums, ballparks, and other similar public places with a seating capacity of 3,000 or more during professional sporting events, provided that: The seating areas are designated as part of the retail permittee's licensed premises;

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2013-83, s. 1, effective June 12, 2013, substituted "3,000 or more during professional sporting events" for "60,000 or more during professional sporting events, in municipalities with a population greater than 450,000, according to the most recent estimate of population made by the Office of State Budget and Management" in the first paragraph of subsection (a).
