As used in this Article:

(1) "Legal possessor" means Any person entrusted with possession of personal property by an owner thereof, or

(9) “Secured party” means a person holding a security interest.
(10) “Security interest” means any interest in personal property which interest is subject to the provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, or any other interest intended to create security in real or personal property.
(11) “Vessel” has the meaning provided in G.S. 75A-2.
