N.C. Gen. Stat. § 50-46

Majority action by arbitrators

Known as the North Carolina Family Law Arbitration Act

The act spans §§ 50–50 (25 sections).

The arbitrators' powers shall be exercised by a majority unless otherwise provided by the parties' written arbitration agreement or this Article.
