Application regarding a control transaction

(1) A person seeking approval of a control transaction involving a bank under this Article shall file the following with the Commissioner: An application in the form prescribed by the Commissioner.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2013-29, s. 15, effective April 16, 2013, substituted "G.S. 53C-2-7(b)" for "G.S. 53C-2-8" in subsection (c).
