N.C. Gen. Stat. § 54B-272

Establishment of out-of-state branches by state associations

Known as the North Carolina Savings and Loan Interstate Branch Act

The act spans §§ 54–54 (14 sections).

With the prior consent of the Commissioner of Banks, any association chartered under the laws of North Carolina may establish a branch in any other state in accordance with the laws of such other state.
