N.C. Gen. Stat. § 58-10-400

Insurance manager and intermediaries

Known as the North Carolina Captive Insurance Act

The act spans §§ 58–58 (145 sections).

No person shall act in or from this State as a managing general agent, producer, or reinsurance intermediary for captive insurance company business without the authorization of the Commissioner.
