Controlling provisions when conflict exists; exemptions

(1) No provisions of this Chapter, other than those expressly provided in this Part, shall apply to an SPFC. If any conflict occurs in this Part related to an SPFC, the provisions of this Subpart shall control.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2015-99, s. 1, effective June 19, 2015, substituted "The Commissioner" for "The Commissioner, by rule, regulation, or order" at the beginning of subsection (b).
