As of June 1, 2021
(1) Each plan shall require participation: By all insurers licensed in this State to write the kinds of insurance covered by the specific plan;

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2005-210, s. 21, effective October 1, 2005, substituted "statistical" for "rating" in subdivision (a)(3).
