Contract for joint assumption or underwriting of risks

Any corporation organized or regulated by the provisions of this Article and Article 66 of this Chapter is authorized to enter into such contracts with any other firm or corporation for joint assumption or underwriting of any part or all of any risks undertaken upon such terms and conditions as are approved by the Commissioner of Insurance.
Any hospital service corporation organized or regulated by the provisions of this Article and Article 66 of this Chapter is authorized to enter into contracts with any other firm or corporation for joint assumption or underwriting of any part, or all, of any risks undertaken upon terms and conditions that are approved by the Commissioner of Insurance.
