As of June 1, 2021
(1) A nonrefundable license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by the applicant to the Commissioner at the time of each application for a pyrotechnics display operator license.

(2) A nonrefundable license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid by the applicant to the Commissioner at the time of each application for a license as a proximate audience display operator license.

(3) A nonrefundable license fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be paid to the Commissioner by the applicant with each application for a license as an assistant display operator.
