Purchasing from juvenile

Known as the Pawnbrokers and Currency Converters Modernization Act

The act spans §§ 66–66 (38 sections).

No dealer or employee or agent thereof shall purchase from any juvenile under 18 years of age any article made, in whole or in part, of precious metal.
