N.C. Gen. Stat. § 68-44

Penalty for violation of G.S. 68-42

1957, c. 1057, s. 2; 1993, c. 539, s. 541; 1994, Ex

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of G.S. 68-42 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
