The Commission, after receiving an application for a certificate of title for a vessel, shall, upon issuing the certificate of title to the owner, show upon the face of the certificate of title all security interests in the order of their priority as shown in the application.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2006-185, s. 2, effective January 1, 2007, and applicable to offenses committed on or after January 1, 2007, substituted "for a vessel," for "to a watercraft," near the beginning of the section.
