N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-187.2

Status of persons previously licensed

Known as the North Carolina Veterinary Practice Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (27 sections).

Any person holding a valid license to practice veterinary medicine in this State on July 1, 1974, shall be recognized as a licensed veterinarian and shall be entitled to retain this status so long as he complies with the provisions of this Article, and Board rules adopted pursuant thereto.
