The Board may establish fees, not to exceed the following amounts:

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2005-379, s. 3, effective September 8, 2005, deleted "to cover the cost of services rendered" from the end of the introductory paragraph; substituted "two hundred dollars ($200.00)" for "seventy-five dollars ($75.00)" in subdivision (4); added subdivisions (5) through (15); and made minor stylistic changes.
