The Board may collect fees established by its rules, but those fees shall not exceed the amounts listed below:
(1) Application fee for licensure $250.00.
(2) License renewal $200.00.
(3) Late renewal fee $50.00.
(4) Reciprocal license application $250.00.
(5) Temporary license application $100.00.
