Penalty for violation of Article

As of June 1, 2021

Except as provided in ~~G.S. 93A-40(b) and G.S. 93A-58,~~ any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this Article, any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
