N.C. Gen. Stat. § 95-142

Legal representation of the Department of Labor

Known as the Occupational Safety and Health Act

The act spans §§ 95–95 (34 sections).

The Department may represent itself in all actions and proceedings in connection with this Article. Upon request of the Department, it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to represent the Department of Labor in actions or proceedings in connection with this Article. The Attorney General may designate staff to fulfill the duty under this section.
