(1) A self-insurer shall not utilize any claims adjuster unless the adjuster is licensed under G.S. 58-33-26.

Effect of Amendments. - Session Laws 2015-264, s. 53, effective October 1, 2015, substituted "G.S. 58-33-26" for "G.S. 58-33-25" at the end of subsection (a).
