“Sidewalk project” defined

Known as the Consolidated Local Improvements Law

The act spans §§ 271–271 (230 sections).

“Sidewalk project” means any sidewalk, including without limitation graded, regraded, graveled, surfaced, macadamized and paved pedestrian rights-of-way, artificial lights and lighting equipment, and all appurtenances and incidentals (or any combination thereof), including real and other property therefor.
