Development of building sites

Known as the Community Redevelopment Law

The act spans §§ 279–279 (157 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1959, 655)

An agency may develop as a building site any real property owned or acquired by it. In connection with such development it may cause streets and highways to be laid out and graded, and pavements or other road surfacing, sidewalks and curbs, and public utilities to be constructed and installed.
