Requests for evaluation of particular area

Known as the Community Redevelopment Law

The act spans §§ 279–279 (157 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1959, 658; A 1985, 2073)

Any person may, in writing, request the legislative body, or the planning commission or the agency if authorized by the legislative body to designate areas for evaluation, to designate such an area for study, and may submit with their request plans showing the proposed redevelopment of that area or any part thereof.
