“Grievance” defined

Known as the Government Employee-Management Relations Act

The act spans §§ 288–288 (89 sections).

“Grievance” means an act, omission or occurrence that an employee or an exclusive representative believes to be an injustice relating to any condition arising out of the relationship between an employer and an employee, including, without limitation, working hours, working conditions, membership in an organization of employees or the interpretation of any law, regulation or agreement.
