Employer’s authority to enforce statutory health and safety requirements notwithstanding antidiscrimination protections relating to hair texture and protective hairstyles

Known as the Nevada Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act

The act spans §§ 613–613 (97 sections).

Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, an employer may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
